Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for the pilot. If any clause is unclear, ask us before agreeing.
1. What Liltara provides
- An AI voice receptionist for your business: answering forwarded incoming calls, responding from your approved business knowledge, and recording bookings into your dashboard.
- Guided onboarding: we configure your agent with you and place test calls together. Your agent goes live only after you approve how it handles calls.
- A console to review calls, transcripts, recordings, business knowledge, services, schedules, and appointments.
2. Pilot program
- Liltara is currently offered as a guided pilot for US service businesses. Features, voices, and availability may change as the product matures.
- Nothing is charged without your explicit agreement to an ongoing plan.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information (services, pricing, hours, policies) and keep it up to date — the agent answers strictly from what you approve.
- Ensure call recording and AI-disclosure practices meet the laws of your state, including any all-party consent requirements. Ask us during onboarding for help.
- Keep your console credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.
- Use the service lawfully — no spam calls, deception, or unlawful recording.
4. What Liltara does not do
- No emergency calling: the agent must not be relied upon for emergencies. Callers with emergencies should dial 911.
- The agent is not a medical, legal, or financial professional and does not replace one; it relays the general business information you approve.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service — telephony carriers, AI providers, and networks can have outages. Availability features prevent double-booking within Liltara but do not sync with external calendars.
5. Calls, recordings, and data
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed so you can review them in your console. See the Privacy Policy for collection, retention, and deletion details.
- Your data is tenant-isolated and never shared with other businesses.
6. Suspension and termination
- Either side may stop the pilot with reasonable notice. On termination you may request export or deletion of your business data and call history.
- We may suspend service immediately for unlawful use or non-payment of an agreed plan.
7. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liltara is provided as-is during the pilot, and our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the preceding three months.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
- We may update these terms as the product matures and will notify active customers of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
