Privacy Policy
Plain-language summary of how Liltara handles information. Contact us with any privacy questions and we will answer directly.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you share with us (name, email, phone number, business information) when you request early access or become a customer.
- Business configuration: services, pricing, hours, staff, FAQs, and other content you provide so your AI receptionist can answer accurately.
- Call data: audio recordings, transcripts, call metadata (time, duration, caller number), and booking details for calls handled by your agent.
- Console usage data: sign-ins and actions taken in your dashboard.
2. How we use it
- To operate your AI receptionist: answering calls, responding from your approved business knowledge, and recording bookings.
- To let you review calls, transcripts, and appointments in your console.
- To improve setup and support during our guided onboarding pilot.
- We do not sell your personal information or your customers' call data.
3. Call recording consent
- Calls handled by Liltara may be recorded and transcribed so you can review them. Recording laws differ by US state — some require all parties to consent.
- You are responsible for meeting the consent requirements where your business and callers are located (for example, using an introductory disclosure on calls). Ask us during onboarding and we will help you set this up.
4. Sharing
- We share data only with the infrastructure needed to run the service (voice, telephony, and hosting providers), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Client data is strictly tenant-isolated: your business never sees another business's calls, and vice versa.
- We disclose information only if required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
- Call recordings, transcripts, and bookings are kept while your account is active so you can review history.
- Contact us to request export or deletion of your data, and we will act within a reasonable time.
6. Security
- API keys and credentials are stored encrypted. Consoles require authenticated sign-in, and clients can only ever access their own data.
- No system is perfectly secure; contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Changes
- As a pilot-stage product this policy may evolve. Material changes will be communicated to active customers before they take effect.
